The connector cannot be used to build a PD USB cable, as there are no CC1 and CC2 data lines. It is only suitable for USB-A to USB-C cables. The connector can be mounted on the receiving side (connector of the device to be charged), as there are 56kΩ pull-up resistors on the CC1 and CC2 pins.
