To fine tune the output voltage measurement, set the voltmeter to "OUT" and then hold down the right button until the display starts flashing. Use the push buttons to set the displayed voltage to 0.1V. As soon as the display shows the desired value, press and hold the right button until the flashing stops.
To fine tune the input voltage measurement, perform the above operation with the voltage meter in the "IN" state.
Comment:
If the output and input voltages are the same in the display, turn the knob counterclockwise for 15-20 turns.
