Attention!
- Power the spot welder with a battery with a maximum capacity of 45Ah, otherwise the MOSFETs may be destroyed due to current overload!
- Be sure to place the shrink tubes on the stem of the contacts! Never use the contacts without insulation!
- The module may be destroyed if the electrolytic capacitor is soldered in incorrectly or if it is powered above 14.6V!
- It is recommended to use a new 30-45Ah lead-acid battery. Obsolete or replaced old batteries usually do not meet the load requirements.
The circuit is a 12V spot welder suitable for connecting 18650 Li-Ion batteries to nickel-plated steel stip by spot welding
The circuit is suitable for spot welding of 0.1...0.15mm nickel-plated steel stips
Power supply: minimum 20...70 Ah gel or lead-acid battery
Power supply: 3.5...5.5 Ah 45C 3S lithium battery
Operating voltage 12...14.6V DC
Current consumption: 90...150A
Button functions (as long as the button is pressed, the LED lights up green):
1th button press for 1.5 seconds: power on, give 1 pulse every 3 seconds and beep
2nd button press for 1.5 seconds: gives 2 pulses every 3 seconds and a beep
3rd button press for 1.5 seconds: gives 3 pulses every 3 seconds and a beep
4th button press for 1.5 seconds: LED lights up red (maximum power), if the contacts are placed on the plate to be spot welded, after a short time a beep indicates that the spot welding is completed
5th button press for 1.5 seconds: power off
Attention!
In any case, place the shrink tubes on the contacts!
Do NOT use the contacts without electric insulation!
