Instructions for use:
1, Connect the supply (DC 5-12V)
2, After power-up, the D2 indicator should be on, otherwise check the line connection. The circuit has polarity protection.
3, Connect the minimum level signal (4mA) to the input, set the ZERO potentiometer to measure 0.0V at the VOUT output (or the desired minimum output voltage)
4, Connect the maximum level signal (20mA) to the input, adjust the RANGE potentiometer to measure the desired maximum voltage at the VOUT output (3.3V, 5V, 10V)

4--20ma: 0-2.5V range: J1 1,2 feet short, 3,4 feet shorted
0 - 3.3V range: J1 1,2 feet off, 3,4 feet off
0 - 5.0V range: J1 1,2 feet short, 3,4 feet shorted
0--10.0V range: J1 1,2 feet short, 3,4 feet off

Signal output settings:
0-3.3V: Jumper [_][_], "1-2" empty, "3-4" empty
0-5V: Jumper [X][_], "1-2" connected, "3-4" empty
0-10V: Jumper [X][X], "1-2" connected, "3-4" connected
